Chicken and green apple salad



Ingredients:

2 green apples
1/2 lemon juice
200 g of chicken breast previously boiled in hot water
Crunchy green salad to taste
2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 jar of low-fat white yogurt
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation:

Cut the apples into slices or cubes, and make cubes of chicken breast.
Then add the green salad leaves in pieces, and season everything with a sauce previously made with yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon, salt and pepper.
Mix well and possibly also add some walnuts in small pieces to obtain a dish with a decidedly particular and innovative flavour.
A more delicious alternative can be made using breaded and baked or fried chicken.
